Pay a Deposit
We offer a few options for submitting your deposit. Please choose the method that works best for you, or reach out to your agent if you’re unsure.
Electronic Deposit
Submit your deposit securely through our online payment system.
To submit your deposit online:
- Click the “Submit Deposit Online” button
- Complete the required fields, including:
- Buyer name
- Buyer email
- Property address
- Listing agent name
- Deposit amount (as outlined in your purchase contract) - Select “Pay with Bank Account” and ensure all account details are entered accurately
Please note for electronic deposits:
- Incorrect or incomplete information may result in a rejected payment and processing delays.
- Electronic deposits may take 2–5 business days to process and are not immediate. Please do not submit duplicate payments.
- Please ensure sufficient funds remain in your account during this time to avoid rejection.
- As long as your deposit is submitted and a receipt is received before the deadline outlined in your contract, you are considered to have met the deposit requirement.

Accepted only when the deposit due date is more than 30 days from the possession date.
Important Information
Deposits must be received by the due date outlined in your Offer to Purchase.
Please keep your receipt or proof of payment for your records.
